Just wanted to let everyone know that I added a strikethrough button to the post editor.
And it works! Go figure.

It's the http://www.btwimho.com/images/editor/strike.gif button to the right of the YouTube and Google buttons.

It turns NORMAL TEXT into NORMAL TEXT.

I find it comes in handy for a bunch lot of things.

Well I suppose it does make sense that we are not alone in the universe, if there is a the.

It could add a little complexity to the soup I suppose, but I am still on my Elbert Hubbard kick.

I'm completely arts and crafts revival at this time. Last month it was Victorian.

I figured Elbert Hubbard should have given it away though, so I didn't bother mentioning the error.

Elbert Hubbard was who pioneered the Arts and Crafts movement in America around the turn of the twentieth century.

Now that was NOT a rush!
Strikethrough does not do a thing for me.

Unlike Boobies....

I had a nice large Roycroft hand hammered copper bowl once, I paid $500 for it and sold it for $650. The Roycroft furniture is what you want though. I wasn't ever fortunate enough to run into a piece in my picking markets.

Yeah sorry about that, Julien, I guess I'm just not used to seeing the julien and the simon together. Strikethrough looks a bit odd too.

I Strikethrough ----------- to make a plain line.

how clever and useless???

Atom

I'm actually a bit suspicious of this strikethrough business. It's not some weird internet cult thing is it? Special codes and the like? lol

Atom

Oh I was talking about the error I made in Duke's intro thread, sorry. lol

The line is a fresh and new creation, it has complexity.

I used to use the windows character map to sign my posts with all manner of weirdness, that was rather fun actually. I haven't done it lately. You can put together some pretty strange looking stuff with that.

Except maybe from GOD. That's all. Yes God sent me. I'm pretty sure.

That What Are Dreams documentary was talking about some weird theories that said that our nightmares are those of our ancestors, I had to do a second take when I heard that, I have got to watch that thing, I only caught pieces of it, it's on in two hours.

Atom

I've got some pretty good boobs on the old HDD, maybe I'll post a set or two in the boob thread, I have to be in the mood though.

Atom

I do have some good ones though, I may muster up the ambition to throw a few up in the next few days.

"What Are Dreams?"
Science
Leading dream researchers demonstrate the extraordinary equipment they use to investigate the world of sleep, including human narcoleptics, sleepwalking cats, recurrent nightmares, and people who claim to be unable to dream.

Information I do not need to know...sleepwalking cats.
Now sleepwalking nymphomaniacs, that would be great information.

Atom

I hope there's none of that necromantic stuff in it, that's just weird.

Comes on in one hour.

You mean necrophiliac not necromantic, right?

I wonder how a crawler would read strikethrough text.

ewomack
28-11-2009, 03:31 PM
Badly, I presume... or is it just the same ASCII or Unicode text?

Atom
28-11-2009, 04:01 PM
I don't know, but if only my posts in this thread show up in the serps then I think we'll have some good evidence that they are not impressed with the strikethrough. lol

iowadawg

I am not going to strikethrough any boobies.

Unless ED and Julien post their boobies....then I will shred them...
