Car of the future, ironically I saw this some time ago on terrestrial TV.

Top gear are always up to something crazy. A couple of years ago one of the presenters nearly killed himself in a dragster, he ended up with brain damage, parts of which were hanging out of his skull by all accounts. They are entertaining, if a bit crazy.

Cars of the future are going to be rad. :) The buses that my University uses are hybrid and they run on compressed natural gas.

I guess it would be good if vehicles couldn't hit anything as well.

The car of the future may not be a car.

What escapes so many people is that oil, gas, and coal are very finite resources and once we use them up, there aint no more.

Shortly, all electricity will have to be generated from wind and sun.

That means short term vehicles will have to be all electric.

But at some point, no more cars.

What people will use in the future to move around is still a matter of debate.

I don't know...they're doing a lot of good stuff with hydrogen powered engines now. So they can integrate those into cars.

I love these cars from Minority Report. Hopefully they'll do this in future.

Internal combustion will become unaffordable in about 20 to 30 years, there is a limit to what people will pay for a gallon of stuff, so I would assume there will be some alternatives by then. Its all about the laws of supply and demand.
