I always thought it was a bad idea to turn something like the environment into some kind of capitalist enterprise stock market deal.
Speculating on the environment sounds like a disasterous idea.

I think that a large part of the problem might be that people are simply not convinced that CO2 is harmful in the atmosphere.

Thanks Ferre, I was trying to find that video a while back to post in here somewhere...I couldn't remember what it was called so searched unsuccessfully.
