How i'd do it is get two similar images - one of the person you want to take clothes off of and one of a nude person of similar shape.

Secondly you need to use the selection tool to make a selection of whatever you want to remove/edit. Just to make sure you don't edit something else by mistake.

Third you use the duplication tool (think it's called the clone stamp tool...can't check at the moment as I'm home on my laptop - don't have PS on it - and I won't be back to my desktop till the new year). Use it to clone the part of the body from the second image to the part on the first image.

Can't say i've ever done it with a person though. Probably harder to make it look good with a person

Oh okay, just looked there. They probably didn't use a 2nd pic for that one then - probably just used another part of the persons body.

Touching up the skin can be done in a number of ways though (check out good-tutorials.com and you'll find lots of tutorials on that subject).

That depends which part is easier to "make fit". Also, if your wanting to keep the majority of the person looking like they should (so instead of someone elses whole body your only having a little of someone else on the image).
