I refuse to buy anything at a cinema, the prices are extortionate over in the UK. Small popcorn equals £5:00 ish. I'm taking my own salad in with me in secret. Sod the people around me, I like my crunchy lettuce!

You cad Strong. Spinach is just as good for you but much quieter. Also rice cakes are a cheaper alternative to popcorn, although the salt & vinegar flavour's smell can be a little overpowering.

I find I have problems going through the scanners at airports if I eat too much spinach. I tried rice cakes once, to be frank I think the box they came in tasted better, a little chewy but better!
