@Strongy: As a Star Trek fan, I'm surprised you haven't weighed in on this yet. You know what this development is on of the precursors to?

What do you get when you combine the ability to convert energy into matter and back again (E=mc²) with the ability to "beam" that energy anywhere wirelessly?

I suspect you are talking about transporters, but research is a little further advanced than this already. Scientists have already been able to transport some particles from place to place in a lab.

It is certainly an interesting technology though. But as with most new technology it is only once the porn industry finds a use for it, that it will really catch on. No doubt a remotely powered vibrator will be on the market within the month. :sqwink:
