I had a conversation with a friend of mine today and she was complaining to me about all the problems and fears she has about things and this popped into mind and I actually USED it! LOL I shouted at her to "STOP IT!" :sqlaugh:
It got her mind off things and she started laughing. :sqwink:

You must have been rushed for time, I would have gone for the full 10 words?

being in a box wasn't one of them.... :sqwink:
I just had my first opportunity to watch this.
It's been too long since I've seen Bob Newheart.
I'd forgotten how much I enjoyed his humour and his dry delivery.

I love the dry delivery. That's why I often only use a period. I know I run the risk of being taken seriously, but hey, they'll figure it out sooner or later.

Where is Bob today... was that a recent clip? A tv studio I used to work at had his autograph on a wall from 1960 or so... it said "So long and thanks for the dollar" - apparently the studio head, who will remain nameless, was known for virulent stinginess...
