I don't know about you guys but I love my magic mushrooms, here's some info;

Remember, not all substances named drugs "impair" your mind/brain, some of those substances "enhance" the mind/brain. There is a huge (with the emphasise on huge) difference between an impaired brain and an enhanced brain.

enhanced (http://wordnetweb.princeton.edu/perl/webwn?s=enhanced)
impaired (http://wordnetweb.princeton.edu/perl/webwn?s=impaired)

Now, as for the legal part of this, in my part of the woods they are only illegal to sell but legal to pick or grow yourself and consume but I understand that's not the same everywhere else.

Did you ever consumed magic mushrooms? And was it worth the experience?

I do not take anything that alters my mind... except alcohol...

I tried them once in a tea and they didn't work very well but I did do a bit of acid back in the day. Strictly cannabis now.

I had a similar experience to Trapper.
I've tried them a few times with almost no effect.

I licked a frog once.

He liked it.

I had to pay him to get him to go back to Vancouver.

(...)Did you ever consumed magic mushrooms? And was it worth the experience?Yes, and yes.

However, if you asked me if I would do them again, I would say probably not. Cillicybin is pretty intense. I don't think I'd handle it quite as well now as I did when I was a young buck.

You know that nervy, hollow, blank kind of feeling you get when you're coming down? Well, that started to get the best of me toward the end of my experimentation with hallucinogens, so I stopped doing them all together. I think that hallucinogens are tolerated differently by different people. Cillicybin shrooms were the most intense in my experiences, most of the manufactured hallucinogens that I did were effective, but didn't measure up to shrooms. My last shroom event was so intense that it actually scared me, all I remember is sitting in an armless chair in front of a TV with headphones blasting a pop radio station in Florida, and what I was seeing for three hours straight was nothing but a woman standing by a man playing a piano, and every once in a while the woman would run up to the TV camera and looking point blank into it, make very strange faces, then run back by the man playing the piano, who also wore a very strange expression that would morph occasionally. The woman's faces morphed as well, into different strange expressions. This went on for hours straight.

I have no idea what was actually airing on that TV during those 3 or so hours.
