An American man who brewed coffee naked in his own kitchen is facing indecent exposure charges and could be jailed.

well, it depends where the windows are facing...

I could see why some people walking their kids to work would not want a naked man at the window waving at them.

Apparently, if she saw him turn toward the window twice, she wasn't averting her eyes, or concerned about getting the child out of the area. At the first glance, she should have ushered the child away and that should have been that.

If I were him I'd file counter-charges against her for being a peeping tom, and since she included her child... contributing to the delinquency of a minor. See how much fun the bitch thinks filing criminal charges for inadvertent activities are then.

Yes! The question of why she hung around watching what he was doing, presumable at the back of his house in his kitchen, is puzzling. I would have thought a police man with two brain cells worth rubbing together might have asked her about that. :sqconfused:
