Um.. I've plenty of brain cells left, PLENTY, contrary to popular belief. I think you should know that I have a rather vivid recollection up to twelve.

Twelve times twelve is a hundred forty four. Need I really say more? Alright then, let us get back to whatever this thread is about. I'm thinking string beans. Something to do with string beans.

Why are they called string beans? Because each bean has a relatively tough string that runs the length of the bean that should be removed before cooking. If you want to avoid having to remove the string on each bean then I would suggest that you buy them canned or frozen.

Now, I have tried to help you kids here. Please do not think that the leaves of the rhubarb plant are ok, as they are not. You don't know how to use the internet? Go to the goddamned library then.

I think it's pretty clear that people on TV frame their arguments. Why? Because they can. Stay away from those types. Think for yourself. Abortion? I love abortion. I just wish there was more of it.

SURE life is precious. But that has nothing to do with reality. It only has to do with vanity.

People are great. Yes, but that's only because they haven't been phased out by evolution yet.

Isn't it best to be positive? Yeah, I suppose so. There is a slight chance that the predictions of world population increase are wrong. How's that? Very well thank you. Would you like a bit of tea with that biscuit? No thanks. You got any gravy? Certainly not.

Just kidding. I haven't left and am in other words still here. I've not consumed any soup in the last 3 months, at least.

Why no one has explained how to mark PFD's yet is beyond me. How can people live under such conditions? I have a theory that involves a loss of brain cells during sleep.

Most old people are nuttier than hell. Need really I say more?

No, Atom. I think you've done very well. Speaking of which, isn't it almost your nap time?

Um.. certainly not. I've way too much whiskey to drink.

Very well then. Say, you don't happen to have a tennis racket handy, do you?

I am uncertain. I may have one or two out in the shed but it will take at least three days to find them.

    Ok. Nevermind then.

    How about badminton rackets?

I don't believe so. I do have an antique cast iron basket of fruit doorstop though, if you're interested.

No thanks, I'm allergic to most fruit.

    Are you kidding?

    Yes. How could you tell?

    Because you just said so.

Ah yes, of course, carry on then.

I've found that staring at the wall makes me happier than watching television. Of course, you should see my walls.

This is not my first rodeo.

Just kidding. It actually is. It is also my last.

So, what have we learned here today, class?

I don't know about class, Miss Cloginburger, it seems a bit of a stretch.

    Alright, etiquette then?

    Um.. still no.

    Table manners?

No, but I think you may be getting warm.

    Does it involve silverware?

    No, it's mostly stainless Japan.

Well I give up then. Class dismissed.

I was into the wall staring thing for a while, but that was decades ago, back when they moved, changed colors and formed images. Other than that I'd say we had a lovely time at the wedding.

I think that watching TV might be filling some strange gap in my life. Or perhaps my body just hasn't gotten used to the absence of x-radiation from the old picture tubes yet.
