It didn't seem too crazy because almost everyone else was doing the same thing.

    Let it all hang out.

    Right on, man.

Did people really used to say groovy?

I can assure you they did. I personally stayed pretty much away from that one but yes, people really said that.

I think I may be having some kind of three quarter-life crisis.

It seems to me that life is not always necessarily good, contrary to popular sentiment.

If it was then everything would be perfect, which it of course is certainly not.

I've drunk enough beer to skin a porcupine. Just kidding, I've reached my 3 beer, 4 at the most daily limit. I've had to limit myself due to muscle spasms. I suppose it's just my luck to love a drug that triggers the stupid things. I don't even know why I have them. No medical professional I've seen has ever even suggested why I might be having them. Other people I know have them as well. I'll be sitting here and all of a sudden a muscle in my chest will start to cramp at which time I have to try to counteract it, often by putting an opposite pressure on it by coughing to get it to stop tightening. Sometimes my hand and fingers will start cramping, and often my toes and feet will cramp after I've laid down horizontally for a while to the point they wake me up and I then have to sit up so that my legs are vertical and I can put an opposite pressure on my toes by way of the floor. Just the legs being vertical causes the cramps to subside in about 5 minutes or so, but the flexing of toes in an opposite direction of the tightening is critical in providing immediate temporary relief. Total relief doesn't usually come till the legs have been in a vertical position for a while.

The legs apparently need only be vertical from the knees down as sitting on the edge of the bed is sufficient for the spasms to subside.

We're planning a march through a major hospital while smoking cigarettes next Thursday. You down?

That sounds pretty radical, I think I'm in, dude. Lemme check my calendar and get back to you.

I meant your heavy crap, not mine. All I had was some constipation and regrets for not buying into Pokémon cards earlier. Neither of which I would class as "heavy."

I see. Now all we have to do is figure out who's bad it was. I was going to say my bad but I'm having a little trouble with that. Please discuss. Perhaps it was our bad. I think there's only 4 choices; my bad, your bad, our bad and nobody's bad. Shall we begin by agreeing that a bad did indeed occur so that we may discount the 4th choice? I'm sorry about the regrets and constipation. Could they be classed as light or are they somewhere in between? Please discuss.

I wonder if Muddy is still as funny as he used to be. I'll bet he is despite all the aging and shit life seems to throw, providing he's still alive of course.

I saw my doctor today and he said he's not sure that the hospital's diagnosis of sepsis was correct, by some wording in their hospital report. And I'm thinking, great, now I have to become a fucking MD myself to figure this shit out.

What ever happened to the good old days?

    Everything is relative, please specify.

I demand some kind of explanation for something.

Very well, please take a seat and we'll be right with you.

    Can we talk?

The doctor will be right with you.

    Is that a no?

Yes. I am not a certified medical professional, I'm just the receptionist.
