Probably not a good time to be having offspring, I'm thinking.

150,000 people were instantly killed in Hiroshima and tens of thousands more died later of radiation sickness, and that bomb in comparison to what countries have today was tiny. There are 27,000 nuclear weapons launch systems around the world today. Does anyone in their right mind think that they will all just sit there and never be used?

Not having offspring is probably the smartest thing I've ever done, though I will admit that I got pretty lucky there a few times.

Let's get rid of the nuclear threat first, then maybe I'll think about reproducing, but it doesn't look good. You've got all this asteroid and global warming shit to consider, among several other things.

Why can't we all just eat, drink, fuck and be merry?
Hmm.. I thought that's what we WERE doing.
Oh, that's right. Well carry on then.

Hey, you may be bathing in your own filth but at least you're bathing.
Yeah, mum said we might get a shower someday.

I also didn't go the offspring route, despite all of the pressure to do so from just about every direction that society could muster.
Even before the toast managed to get spoken at my first wedding, people were asking me "so how many children are you planning?" I answered one person "we're planning none." They seemed a little shocked at the answer and I have a feeling that they were thinking "well why get married then?"
By the time of marriage number two people believed me when I said "I'm planning none," so no one asked. That whole second time around turned out much better.

Now I use white 13 gal. unfolded trash bags. They work quite nicely and they allow a substantial amount of light through in the daytime.

My windows are narrow, like 21 inches as I recall, so you may have to go to a higher gallon bag if you have standard width windows.

The only problem with using white trash bags is that you can't see outside unless you physically move part of them out of the way allowing you to see through the glass.
Dude are you fucking crazy? Why don't you just go out and buy some blinds?
Because I like the atmosphere the bags afford in the daytime. It's rather bright and cheery, yet not too bright. It's kinda hard to explain unless you're a complete nutjob.

Life sure does keep ya busy, you know it? Hell you could have absolutely nothing to do and still have plenty of stuff to do.
Please don't make me do stuff.
Well I'm sorry but I'm afraid that's out of the question.
Um, dude, that was a statement, there was no question.
Please don't confuse me with facts.

You can get pretty messed up in an accidental collision and it doesn't even have to be a high speed one.
