Is the song from some animation vectro?
The stills look really interesting and the music certainly very interesting.

The song is from a soundtrack to a Japanese animated movie called Tekon kinkurīto a.k.a. "Tekkonkinkreet" . I haven't watched it. I'm not really into that stuff. But one of my favorite artists Plaid wrote the soundtrack and they did a good job. They use computers and synthesizers.
